There are 2 categories for our customers to redeem their guarantee:

1) Discounted Autoship Program Customers:
Your first bottle on the Longevity Autoship will be under the 100% Money Back Guarantee. If you are unhappy with Longevity for any reason, simply email or call 29 days from your invoice date to cancel your autoship program and send back your remaining product. We will refund 100% of your money back (less shipping & handling charges) – no questions asked. This only applies to your first bottle as you can cancel your autoship program at any time 24-hours before your next shipment. Once your second bottle has been sent, you are not eligible for a monetary refund….. HOWEVER – this does not mean you are stuck with a bottle of Longevity if you decide you do not want to keep it. Should you decide that you do not want an unopened bottle of Longevity once it has been sent on the autoship program – you may return the unopened bottle for a FULL PRODUCT CREDIT redeemable for one of our other fine products.

2) Non Auto-Ship Customers Who Buy a Full Price Bottle
If you are unhappy with your first bottle of Longevity® for any reason, you can have 100% of your money refunded (less shipping & handling charges).

Simply give us a call ( ) or For Customer Service, General Product Questions, or Comments: Please click here Customer Service within 30 days of your invoice date to advise us that you are sending back your unfinished bottle for a refund. Upon receipt of your bottle, you will be issued a refund within 7 days -- no questions asked.
